Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a return and exchange service within Jordan under the following conditions:

• Returns are only accepted if the item remains in its original condition, unopened, unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
• Returns are accepted in case of:
  • Manufacturing defects.
  • Wrong item sent by our side.

For your convenience, an inspection option is always available upon delivery. Customers may check, measure, and inspect the items while the delivery representative is waiting. If the order is returned immediately during delivery, only the delivery fee of 3 JOD will apply.

Exchange requests are available within 2–3 days maximum from receiving the order.

Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or exchanges for international orders placed outside Jordan.
